The FOculus camera series is an IEEE 1394 compliant (FireWireTM) progressive area scan color or B/W CCD camera designed for industrial imaging applications. FOculus cameras use the IEEE 1394 digital interface for streaming real-time uncompressed color image sequences in high resolution. The IEEE 1394 interface supports camera power, camera control and image data through a single cable. A large selection of cameras are available in the FOculus Series which consist of various sensor sizes(1/2”, 2/3” 1/3”, 1/4", 1/1.8”) and resolution(VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA, UXGA) both in color and black/white. FOculus can be used in machine vision, stereo vision, inspection, character recognition, medical, biomedical imaging, microscopy, traffic control, surveillance, RFID and other scientific or industrial applications.
