• HOW TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT

  • You will be emailed an invitation to set up your account Tuesday 2/28. 
  • The email will be from info@yourviewdr.com. 👀
  • Once you receive the email, follow the instructions to "generate a new password."
  • Upon initial login, you will be prompted to fill out the clinic profile page, which includes information such as address and phone number.
    • The clinic profile only has to be filled out initially and you will not be prompted to do the same with subsequent log-ins. 

• RECEIVING REPORTS

  • Reports will be sent automatically via email through the YourViewDr software.

  • A link to a "Shared Report" is included for each case so you can easily share these records with pet owners and referral centers.

• INVOICES & PAYMENTS

  • Invoices will be sent on a weekly basis through YourViewDr and receipts are automatically sent when an invoice is paid.

  • Online payment can be taken in the form of Credit Cards, ACH payments, or check, and allows you to store payment methods on file for future invoices. 

  • Checks can be sent to: P.O. Box 282, Hartland, WI 53029
