Kim is our newest addition to SVS Imaging in 2020. She graduated from the Technical School of Medicine in Naperville Illinois in 2004 as a human sonographer in vascular and general ultrasound. However, Kim is no stranger to veterinary medicine, with over 25 years as a specialty technician in radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine and surgery where she worked in a specialty veterinary hospital in Aurora Illinois.
With her love for ultrasound and veterinary medicine she decided to combine the two to become an ultrasound trainer. For the past six years Kim has traveled all over the United States training veterinarians a fundamental approach to basic abdominal scanning. She lives in Walworth Wisconsin with her husband and two dogs, Jaxon and Bear. Bear is a trained ultrasound dog and has been by her side teaching for the past six years. We are happy to have her join our team.
