• Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist

  At SVS Imaging, we’re redefining veterinary diagnostics and education through innovation, compassion, and community. We support veterinary teams and pet owners with advanced diagnostic imaging, training, and telemedicine services. Our marketing efforts connect directly with veterinary professionals (B2B) and indirectly support pet owners (B2C), bridging the gap with helpful content, educational resources, and engaging campaigns that inspire trust and action. 

  We are growing and looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist to lead our multi-channel marketing initiatives. If you love building inbound funnels that attract, engage, and delight customers while also optimizing outbound and allbound strategies, this role is for you.

  What We’re Looking For 

  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management 

  • • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. 

  • • Manage both inbound and outbound strategies, balancing awareness, lead generation, and conversion. 

  • Content Creation & Design 

  • • Produce engaging video, graphic, and written content that resonates with both veterinary professionals and pet owners. 

  • • Maintain content inventory of brand creatives across social media, email, digital ads, CRM and website. 

  • CRM & Marketing Emails 

  • • Build and manage marketing emails in HubSpot (or similar CRM), including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. 

  • • Create and optimize CTAs, landing pages, and forms to drive conversions and improve user experience. 

  • • Develop simple automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns that guide prospects through the buyer’s journey. 

  • • Monitor campaign performance and attribution to ensure marketing efforts translate into sales pipeline growth and customer retention. 

  • Analytics & Optimization 

  • • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels. 

  • • Implement A/B testing and continuously refine strategies for better results. 

  • Collaboration & Strategy 

  • • Partner with leadership, education, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 

  • • Contribute to big-picture strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute hands-on campaigns. 

   

  Good Fit Candidates

  • • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a similar role. 

  • • Proven success in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social campaigns. 

  • • Strong and confident video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent). 

  • • Expertise in HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM/marketing platform. Willingness to become certified in Marketing, Sales, Operations hubs. 

  • • Experience and comfortability utilizing project management software (Asana, ClickUp...etc) 

  • • Solid understanding of inbound methodology and how to blend it with outbound/allbound efforts. 

  • • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling. 

  • • Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys wearing many hats and able to pivot as needs change.

• Teleradiology Coordinator and Administrative Support

  Teleradiology Coordinator and Administrative Support

  Position Type: Full-time

  💰 $40,000 - $75,000 based on experience

   

  We are a growing veterinary imaging and teleradiology service dedicated to providing high-quality diagnostic support to veterinarians and specialists. Our team is collaborative, client-focused, and passionate about delivering timely, accurate results while maintaining excellent relationships with our partners.

   

  We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Teleradiology Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between clients and specialists. This role combines administrative, scheduling, and financial support tasks with client service, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll in QuickBooks and manage 401k contribution entries
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and weekly check processing
  • Send weekly invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for teleradiology requests between 8 AM – 8 PM (7 days a week)
  • Coordinate case assignments with specialists, track their schedules and availability, and match cases accordingly
  • Maintain ongoing communication between clients and specialists to ensure smooth workflow and timely reporting
  • Provide first-line support for image formatting or submission issues from clients
  • Support employee onboarding and HR tasks, including bonus tracking for mobile sonographers
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative coordination as needed

   

  Good Fit Candidates 

  • Prior experience in veterinary medicine, medical coordination, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, payroll processing, and invoicing strongly desired
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between specialists and clients
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable troubleshooting minor file submission and formatting issues
  • Dependable availability during the designated coverage window (8 AM – 8 PM CST)
